Day of Coordination

FleDAY OF COORDINATION helps couples who have planned their perfect wedding and now want to turn it over to the professionals.  Let us worry about the small details so you and your loved ones can enjoy your wedding day worry-free.  We will worry about the wedding details, vendors, schedules to all your day to run smoothly. 

Package Includes:
  • Two consultation meetings before your wedding day
  • Confirmation of vendors one week before the wedding day to finalize details & information
  • Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
  • Management of small decor details (place cards, pew markers, favors, etc.)
  • Schedule preparation and management
  • Detailed itinerary for wedding day provided to wedding party & vendors
  • Inform ushers & readers of  their duties
  • Organizing processional line-up
  • Assisting with the transition from ceremony to reception and transporting items
  • Communication with all vendors
  • Assist with directions of ceremony, photos & reception
  • Overseeing scheduled events at reception, cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, entertainers, speeches
  • Delivery of final payments to vendors (if required)
  • Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Coordination services on your wedding day for a maximum of 10 consecutive hours
  • Can be customized depending on client's needs

Full Wedding Planning

FULL PLANNING provides professional service planning the most important day of your life.  We will be mindful to you through your entire wedding planning process. We will listen to help you create the vision you always wanted.  With our help, you will be surprised how easy and stress-free planning a wedding can be.  We will make you feel confident that all details will meet your requirements.   I am confident you will receive personalized, friendly, dedicated and advice while planning and coordinating your fantastic wedding day.

Package Includes:
  • Unlimited hours of consultation
  • Regular meetings, emails and phone calls keeping you informed through the planning process
  • Decor and design development (Decor rentals costs are additional)
  • Assist with venue selection for ceremony and reception site
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Budget development
  • Guest accommodations and arrangements
  • Help with monthly schedules
  • Confirmation of all vendors
  • Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal
  • Assist with small decor details (place cards, pew markers, favors).
  • Assist with a detailed itinerary for wedding day provided to the wedding party and vendors
  • Assisting the bride and bridesmaids on the wedding day
  • Assisting ushers and readers of duties
  • Organizing processional line-up
  • Assisting with the ceremony to reception and transporting items

Consulting Services

Hourly Consultation – If you have questions or wonder how to start the planning process you can get professional assistance along the way.  Do you need help with decor, venues, vendors - I can guide you and alleviate some stress along the way.  This service is designed to help couples who require guidance, advice or direction.  

Consultations s may include:
  • Advice on how or where to start the wedding planning process
  • Wedding etiquette
  • Stationery etiquette
  • Full theme development
  • Decor design & related questions
  • Budget development & money saving tips
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Venue recommendations
  • A personalized and detailed schedule for your  Wedding Day itinerary planning  or any other questions you may have
  • Can be customized depending on client's needs 

Starts at $150.00 which includes a 2-hour consultation
And $50.00/hour after that

  • We do not accept kickbacks (money for referrals) from vendors. Vendors must know that the clients are the recipients of any discounts given.
  • We treat each client fairly, and we will be honest and upfront in the representation of our clients.
  • We uphold our ethics. We will not take or attempt to take clients from, or discredit, other vendors with gossip or slander.
  • Every client will receive a detailed contract for Wedding Day Direction, Destination or Full Wedding Coordination services.
  • We will provide all services agreed upon in the contract that must be signed by both the client and Coordinator at the commencement of service.
  • We believe in continuous education, networking and training within the Wedding Industry.
  • Our pricing is upfront and industry comparable.  We will not devalue our profession by offering unsustainable prices.
  • We will make every effort to return calls and emails in a timely manner. (Within 24 hours)
  • We always endeavour to benefit our client and not ourselves. Vendors are suggested on merit, in the best interests of the client, not ourselves or the vendor suggested.
  • We can not guarantee your wedding will be perfect, but we can guarantee we will do everything within our power to make sure it is as close to perfection as it can be.
